Injunctions are provided for by the law to protect creditors.

Injunctions enable a creditor to attach the assets held by the debtor while obtaining the enforcement of contractual obligations.

In this way, a creditor can obtain from a judge:

  1. the delivery or release of the object of the obligation (relating to giving or doing) obtaining contract enforcement  with regard to:
    movable property (including sums or registered properties);
    immovable property;
    third party property legally linked to debtor (generally the creditors of the main debtor);
  2. the execution of the obligation of carrying out or refraining from any specific activity.
